This offer applies to each $500 Ditch Witch genuine Ditch Witch parts and service purchase made using the Ditch Witch Platinum Plus during a single visit to a participating Ditch Witch dealer located in the United States January 1, 2010 through March 31, 2010. Interest is calculated on the Average Daily Balance of the promotional balance. Payments allocable to this promotional balance will be applied first to accrued finance charges through the date of payment, and then to principal. Monthly payment amounts calculated to amortize the principal amount of the promotional balance and accruing finance charges on the promotional balance (at a per annum rate of 9.9%) over 12 equal installments, assuming that payments with respect to the promotional balance are made in the required amounts on the actual due dates and that all other required payments on the Account are made in full when due.
